Month long pieces, billed ahead. Cancel and nothing more is taken. A paid month runs to its end and days are not carved out of it. Where a charge covered something never delivered, that money comes back and you will not be made to argue for it.

The charge

• Every circuit you hold rides on one subscription.
• Collected ahead of the month, same calendar date each time, from the checkout card.
• Stripe collects it. FORTIFY 24X7 is the name against the charge.
• A circuit added mid month gets prorated by Stripe in the ordinary way.

Stopping

One circuit, or the entire subscription. Drop either from the account portal, or send it in writing. Neither route runs through a phone call built to talk you round. Cover holds until the paid month expires, and after that agents stop reporting and captures stop being taken.

Part months

Vendor licences behind a circuit come in month long pieces, and so does the staffing on the board. Splitting one would mean either inflating the headline rate to cover it or handing back money already spent on your behalf. A plain number and an honest statement that the last month is yours makes the better bargain.

Money back

• Charged and never delivered. A circuit billed but never provisioned comes back in full, and we go looking for those ourselves instead of waiting to be told.
• Charged twice. Returned as soon as it is spotted.
• A count wrong from the outset. Scoped at forty machines when thirty existed: the difference belongs to you.
• Could not be made to work. Where a platform will not function in your environment and nothing equivalent can be offered, that circuit is refunded.

No money back

• Months already served on a circuit that worked.
• Whatever is left of the month you cancelled in.
• An incident occurring while everything ran as this site describes. These subscriptions reduce risk. No clause anywhere turns them into an insurance policy.
• Work already carried out in your environment when you then decide against going on.

Chargebacks

Write to us before ringing the bank. A chargeback ties the money up for weeks and often suspends the service by itself, which serves nobody holding a complaint we could have settled that same afternoon. Not once yet has one been needed to reach a fair answer.

Counts

Counts travel both ways from the portal. An increase takes effect immediately and gets prorated. A decrease takes effect on the next monthly date, which keeps the arithmetic simple and stops a figure wandering about inside a month already bought.
